23rd FMB European Fertilizer Conference & Exhibition
(30 Sep - 02 Oct 2009)
VENUE: InterContinental Hotel, St. Julian’s, Malta

FMB Conferences are the ideal opportunity for companies to display their products and services to some of the fastest growing economies and largest fertilizer producers and consumers in the world. The conference venues have limited space for companies to display and this area is allocated on a first come first served basis.

2008-2009 saw massive swings in freight, fertilizer and commodity pricing. While we continue to work through the world financial crisis, the potential to hedge some of these potential risks is one topic which will be covered in some depth at the meeting.

Gas pricing and its impact on Ukraine Nitrogen production, the changing patterns of European fertilizer demand, and the realignment of supply sources for Europe and EU Trade regulations are all of immediate concern to the European market. On a more global level, the availability of credit finance, the outlook for commodity prices and freight, and the changing value chain for Phosphates will impact both Europe and its trading partners over the next 12 to 18 months.

CONFERENCE TOPICS INCLUDE:
