A chance for needed rain in the northwestern Midwest during next week, heavy rainfall in the eastern Midwest and Delta, a variable soil moisture situation in the Southern Plains, limited rainfall benefit in the southeastern U.S., continued warm to very hot conditions in Brazil, a short-term drier trend in Argentina, a low crop threat from lower temperatures in Ukraine and Russia, no change in the developing dry trend in Europe, and variable conditions in China's crop areas are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Friday.
